Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support daily HR operations including recruitment employee records and engagement activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Assist with payroll and attendance tracking
- Support employee engagement and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field
- 6 months to 2 years of HR experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor laws
- Proficient in MS Office
