Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience within a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new collections
- Handle customer inquiries follow-ups and after-sales support
- Ensure proper merchandising and showroom presentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or relevant qualification
- 6 months to 2 years of sales experience preferably in retail or luxury furniture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a passion for sales
- Presentable confident and target-driven
- Willing to work in Dubai
