Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead our sales strategy drive revenue growth and expand our client portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and executing commercial plans identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities market trends and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Lead motivate and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor sales performance KPIs forecasts and pipeline activity to ensure targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and support the growth of strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations Finance and other departments to support business objectives.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to help drive business growth and improve services.
  • Prepare sales reports manage budgets and monitor overall commercial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and relevant regulations.
  • Carry out any other duties required to support the success of the business.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 812 years of sales experience including at least 35 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Previous experience within hospitality restaurants hotels or multi-site operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Experience in business development account management and market expansion.
