Job Summary

Job Overview:

XAD Technologies is hiring an experienced Invoicing Officer to manage billing for Etisalat projects. The ideal candidate will have strong telecom invoicing experience attention to detail and the ability to handle high-volume deadline-driven billing cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit accurate invoices for Etisalat projects
Validate billing data as per contracts BOQs and SLAs
Coordinate with operations/project teams for billing inputs
Track invoice status approvals and payments
Resolve billing discrepancies and client queries
Maintain proper invoicing records and documentation
Support reconciliations audits and reporting

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Commerce or related field
Mandatory: Telecom industry experience (Etisalat preferred)
24 years of invoicing/billing experience
Strong understanding of telecom projects contracts & billing cycles
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
