At Eni we are looking for an ICT Officer to join Eni Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for user troubleshooting and support as well as the management and optimisation of the companys hardware and software.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure high availability of IT services and tools
Monitor IT infrastructure and network status
Assist in the implementation and adoption of ICT policies
Support critical cybersecurity initiatives
Provide first-line help desk support and general troubleshooting of user issues
Install standard and company software as well as common devices
Provide support for telecommunications systems
Collaborate with other IT teams in regional offices and at the Head Office in Milan

Skills and experience required:

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in ICT
• Fluent in English
• Relevant experience across ICT environments

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Office 365 ITIL
• Windows OS: installation configuration builds Group Policy Active Directory
• VMware or similar virtualisation platforms
• Networking

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear communication and relationship management
• Team player with a proactive independent mindset
