Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage our Vocational and Training Center in the UAE. The role is responsible for driving strategic growth ensuring operational excellence developing accredited programs and building strong industry partnerships to deliver high-quality vocational education and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the centers vision strategy and overall operations.
- Ensure full compliance with KHDA ACTVET and relevant UAE regulatory authorities.
- Design develop and secure accreditation for vocational training programs aligned with market needs.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with government bodies corporates and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee faculty trainers and administrative staff to ensure high performance and student success.
- Drive student enrollment retention and employability outcomes.
- Monitor budgets resources and operational efficiency of the center.
- Implement quality assurance standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in vocational education training management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks (KHDA ACTVET).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent business development and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to build strategic partnerships and industry collaborations.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on student outcomes and growth.
- Salary: AED 8000/month
