Job Summary

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil Construction) to lead construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project execution cost estimation budgeting tendering and site management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project planning execution and site operations.
Prepare cost estimates budgets BOQs and tender submissions.
Monitor project costs schedules quality and safety compliance.
Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors and suppliers.
Resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
12 years of experience in civil construction projects.
Minimum 6 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager.
Strong background in cost estimation tendering budgeting and cost control.
Experience in residential commercial industrial and infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements.
DM G12 / Unlimited License preferred.

Compensation:

Gross Salary: 12000 - 15000 AED
