Strong expertise in IT networks surveillance systems and ERP/software management is required.
Proven leadership skills to manage teams vendors and large-scale projects.
8 years of experience with a strong technical and strategic mindset preferred.

Job Description

The Head of Technologies (HOD) will lead and manage the organizations overall technology strategy including IT infrastructure security systems and software development. The role ensures smooth operations innovation cybersecurity and alignment of technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the companys technology strategy and roadmap
• Oversee IT infrastructure networks servers and cloud systems
• Manage and monitor security systems (CCTV access control surveillance cybersecurity)
• Lead software development ERP/SAP systems and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure data security backup and disaster recovery plans are in place
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and performance
• Manage vendors technology partners and service providers
• Prepare and control technology budgets and cost optimization
• Lead mentor and develop the technology team
• Ensure compliance with industry standards policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Computer Science or related field
• 812 years of experience in IT/Technology roles
• Minimum 35 years in a leadership position
• Certifications (preferred): CISSP PMP ITIL Microsoft Cisco
