Business Development Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our Marine Division focusing on shipbuilding ship repair and marine engineering services. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge a proven sales background and established connections within the maritime sector especially in Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marine shipbuilding and ship repair sectors.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with shipowners shipyards EPC contractors and marine consultants.

Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals cost estimates and presentations tailored to client needs.

Monitor market trends competitor activities and upcoming marine projects.

Attend industry events exhibitions and client meetings locally and internationally.

Meet or exceed revenue targets and contribute to the divisions long-term growth strategy.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marine Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in business development within the shipbuilding or ship repair sector.

Strong network within the marine/maritime industry (especially UAE/GCC preferred).

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
-
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to close high-value deals.

Willingness to travel as needed.
