Job Summary
Black Pearl is currently recruiting for a Group Finance Manager for a well-established international organization based in Abu Dhabi UAE.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior finance professional to lead group-level finance operations reporting controls and strategic planning across multiple entities and countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group financial reporting and consolidation across multiple business units
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
- Drive budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning
- Monitor profitability costs and operational performance
- Manage treasury cash flow and working capital
- Ensure VAT tax and statutory compliance across jurisdictions
- Strengthen internal controls governance and risk management
- Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting
- Support expansion plans business growth and financial due diligence
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or related field
- CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience
- Strong background in multi-country finance operations and consolidation
- Strong experience in budgeting planning and analysis
- Knowledge of tax VAT and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
