- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT staffing and recruitment sector to expand the companys client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that meet client needs and align with the companys strategic objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities providing insights to enhance business development strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients showcasing the companys expertise in AI innovation and engineering talent.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development specifically within IT staffing or recruitment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the software development industry and emerging AI technologies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
