Tasks
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives in the MSP staffing recruitment and placements sectors.
- Identify establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to align strategies and enhance service offerings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform decision-making processes.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to secure new business contracts and partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development sales or a similar role within the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and client requirements in the MSP/Staffing sector.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
