Senior Accountant – Dubai (Oil & Gas Industry)
We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong expertise in finance team management and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end accounting functions while supporting business operations in a dynamic Oil & Gas environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) invoicing and bank reconciliations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing financial statements and MIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff ensuring accuracy and efficiency in workflows.
- Oversee office administration and operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders auditors vendors and clients.
- Drive process improvements cost control measures and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
- 7–8 years of UAE accounting experience (mandatory).
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
- Qualified CA preferred (CA Finalists will also be considered).
- Strong experience in team handling and operational management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally systems.
- Excellent communication leadership and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners in Dubai preferred.
