As a Mortgage Consultant with us, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert mortgage advice and solutions to our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to understand their mortgage requirements and financial goals.

- Evaluate and recommend suitable mortgage products based on client needs.

- Guide clients through the mortgage application process and documentation requirements.

- Collaborate with financial institutions to negotiate favorable mortgage terms for clients.

- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their mortgage applications.

- Stay updated on market trends and regulations impacting the mortgage industry.

Requirements & Skills:

- 4-7 years of proven experience in mortgage consultancy.

- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending procedures, and regulations.

- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' financial situations accurately.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.

- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving skills.
