Retail Count Manager

We are currently seeking a Retail Count Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Count Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate inventory management and stock control processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise stocktaking activities within the retail store.

- Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels.

- Coordinate with the store team to conduct regular stock counts and audits.

- Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.

- Develop strategies to minimize stock losses and optimize inventory turnover.

- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve stock-related issues.

Requirements & Skills:

- 4-7 years of experience in retail inventory management or a similar role.

- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Excel for data analysis.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven track record of implementing successful inventory control strategies.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
