Le Chene is partnering with a leading organisation in the automotive and mobility sector to appoint a Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams across key transformation initiatives.
Scope
- Leading requirements gathering across business stakeholders
- Documenting BRDs user stories process flows and functional specs
- Working across dealership and mobility functions (sales rental aftersales)
- Acting as the bridge between business and IT/development teams
- Defining business processes KPIs and operational workflows
- Supporting Agile delivery sprint planning and stakeholder alignment
- Supporting UAT and ensuring requirements traceability
- Driving communication across business IT and external partners
Profile
- 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in IT / digital projects
- Strong experience across full requirements lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Jira Visio or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience in automotive dealership or mobility environments preferred
- We are prioritising candidates with exposure to complex cross-functional delivery environments
