Job Purpose
The Partnerships Account Manager sits in the Commercial department and supports the management of NIPs partnership relations and activations. This role is focused on day-to-day account management delivering on contractual rights and helping to build long-term relationships with partners. You will work closely with senior members of the commercial team to create valuable partner experiences connect NIPs audience with partner brands and support the execution of go-to-market activities.
This is a juniormid position (approx. 35 years experience) where you will be up-skilled and given the opportunity to grow into a more senior partnership role over time. Industry background is flexible; an interest in esports and gaming is a plus but not mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities
Account Management
Act as a day-to-day contact for a selection of NIP partners ensuring timely and professional communication.
Support partner relations with brand integration and activations including messaging creative ideation and basic conceptual input.
Help maintain a clear working structure to manage defined partnerships in the short medium and long term (e.g. timelines trackers deliverable lists).
Coordinate weekly or regular syncs with partners and internal stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on upcoming campaigns and needs.
Build strong working relationships and ensure partner expectations and satisfaction levels are met.
Work closely with the senior partnerships team and Head of Partnerships & Innovation on growth plans and upselling opportunities.
Strategy and Go-To-Market Support
Assist in planning and executing go-to-market plans together with partners helping to translate contractual rights into concrete activations.
Contribute to setting basic roadmaps goals and targets for the contractual year under guidance from senior colleagues.
Help measure track and report on partner campaign metrics versus goals and deliverables.
Contribute to creating synergies between NIP and partner brands within the esports and gaming ecosystem.
Project and Content Management
Support the organization and coordination of content pieces campaigns and online/offline activations together with the content social media and creative teams.
Ensure relevant internal stakeholders are informed aligned and able to give input on plans and content within their area of expertise.
Help prepare and adapt creative proposals and activation concepts in line with partnership goals and brand guidelines.
Assist in quality-checking content and activations to ensure they align with NIPs and partners brand and legal guidelines.

Job requirements
3-5 years of experience in account management client success marketing or a similar role (agency brand media sports entertainment or other relevant fields).
Experience from a smaller or fast-growing business environment where you have worked hands-on and cross-functionally.
Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
Comfortable working with presentations reports and basic data/metrics.
Proactive solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to take ownership.
Interest in esports gaming or digital culture is an advantage but not a strict requirement.
