Job Summary
- Adopt suitable prospecting techniques to identify potential customer leads such as cold calling pursuing leads generated through marketing efforts review of market data etc.
- Keep abreast with the market demands and consumer behaviour in Dubai and/or target locations to optimize and where necessary change the sales approach
- Stay up to date with COMPANYSs existing and new developments to ensure customer inquiries are addressed and handled in an efficient and satisfactory manner
- Participate in roadshows and other marketing/industry events to support sales efforts and generate new sales leads
- Respond to sales inquiries by potential customers and follow up on them to convert the leads into sales deals
- Lead the negotiations with the customers to ensure profitable deals are secured for COMPANYS
- Maintain positive professional relationships with agents/brokers on behalf of COMPANYS to enhance selling efforts that will impact COMPANYSs sales targets
- Address any agent/broker queries and concerns in an efficient and satisfactory manner
- Maintain sales records in an up to date and organised manner
- Provide inputs to sales reports and prepare/deliver presentations as required
- Update personal Salesforce account daily
- Oblige to delegations given by management for roles and responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelors in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
