Job description
We are seeking a Production Engineer to support the planning coordination and optimization of production activities across our operational facilities. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of production plans consistent product quality and reliable day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will contribute to improving workflow efficiency monitoring operational performance and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity resource utilization and overall system reliability. You will play a key role in aligning production activities with operational requirements identifying areas for improvement and supporting the implementation of structured processes that drive consistency efficiency and continuous improvement across the production environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 35 years of experience in production manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
- General understanding of production processes materials and operational workflows
- Familiarity with production systems or plant-based operations is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of performance monitoring process improvement or operational KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good coordination and communication skills across teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
Location in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai
