About the Role
As a Client Services Director you will lead the client services function managing a team of Account Directors while owning the strategic direction of client partnerships.
You will be responsible for winning and converting new business opportunities ensuring they transition into strong long-term accounts. Acting as the bridge between Business Development and Project Delivery you will take ownership of the RFP and pitch process before handing over to Project Management for execution.
This role is less about pure business development and more about strategic conversion relationship building and account growth ensuring every opportunity is maximised and nurtured into ongoing partnerships.
What Youll Do
Lead Client Relationships Act as the senior point of contact building strong trusted partnerships.
Manage & Mentor Account Directors Oversee performance provide guidance and ensure excellence across accounts.
Own the RFP Process Lead from brief to pitch submission ensuring high-quality winning proposals.
Define Winning Strategies Shape the right approach messaging and positioning for each opportunity.
Convert Opportunities into Accounts Work closely with Business Development to turn new leads into long-term clients.
Drive Account Growth & Retention Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and maximise value.
Ensure Smooth Handover Transition successfully won projects to Project Management teams.
Represent LINKVIVA Be the face of the business confident and credible in all client interactions.
Communicate with Impact Deliver strong presentations and maintain clear professional communication.
Navigate Client Relationships Diplomatically Handle challenges with tact ensuring positive outcomes without damaging relationships.

A Senior Client Services Leader With proven experience managing teams and leading accounts.
Commercially Minded Focused on winning converting and growing business opportunities.

What You Need to Apply
Strong experience and understanding of mega events and festivals
Experience working with governmental clients preferably within the tourism sector
Proven track record in RFPs pitching and winning business
Experience managing senior client relationships and teams
Strong commercial and strategic mindset
Arabic speaking is a plus
Fluent written & spoken English
