Job Summary

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Manage and partner with distributor On-Trade sales team to deliver commercial objectives for PRG Brands and gain share of market.
  • Support the development & implementation of Dubai On Trade commercial strategy via negotiation influence and relationship building with key stakeholders.
  • Proactively search and find new business opportunities in Dubai On Trade that align to the companys commercial and brand strategy objectives.
  • Support the creation of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the market with SMART KPIs as well as negotiating the RPVA Trade Marketing plans with each On Trade account in partnership with the Trade Marketing team.
  • Support the implementation of RPVA plans per customer to ensure flawless execution.
  • Reach sales targets and defined sales KPIs.
  • Build relationship with key influencers/decision makers within the distributor and On Trade customers based on trust expertise and reliability
  • Maintain existing accounts and gain new accounts per priorities/objectives set in respect of the allocated resources.
  • Build profitable business models per account to ensure a win-win approach
  • Co-create programs for outlets with support of Trade Marketing Brand team and Brand Ambassadors to execute with the distributor team.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. (A Masters degree or MBA is a plus).

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development Sales or Trade Marketing within the FMCG sector. Mandatory experience within the Dubai On-Trade sector.

  • Specific Expertise: Proven track record in the On-Trade channel is highly desirable.
  • Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dubai market landscape its key players and its unique regulatory environment.
