Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for overseas projects across construction MEP logistics hospitality oil & gas facility management and professional roles

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing shortlisting interviews documentation and mobilization

  • Conduct preliminary interviews and trade screening (where applicable)

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS

  • Coordinate with clients project managers and internal operations teams on manpower requirements

  • Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment regulations visa processes and documentation standards

  • Support bulk hiring drives trade tests and client interviews (virtual and onsite)

  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports trackers and daily/weekly MIS

  • Build and manage candidate pipelines across India Asia Africa and other sourcing regions

  • Handle candidate communication follow-ups and onboarding coordination



Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 15 years of experience in overseas recruitment / international staffing

  • Strong sourcing skills for blue-collar and white-collar positions

  • Knowledge of Gulf recruitment processes visa documentation and mobilization cycles

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and multiple requirements simultaneously

  • Proficiency in MS Office ATS and recruitment platforms

  • Experience working with bulk hiring trade tests and project-based recruitment is a strong advantage
