Drive revenue market share and profitability for NIVEA Face Cleansing and Labello across the Middle East.
Develop and execute annual marketing plans launches and relaunches aligned with long-term business strategies.
Lead category data analysis (retail audit research) and convert insights into actionable strategies.
Build best-in-class consumer communication and influencer campaigns by working closely with global and local agencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Shopper Marketing Media eCommerce Finance and Supply Chain to deliver business KPIs.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and monitor performance of brand initiatives.
Ensure product supply and operational excellence across end-to-end category processes.
Bachelors degree preferably with a focus on Marketing.
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG brand management with a strong emphasis on commercial execution.
Proven expertise in marketing planning market insights analysis (especially using Nielsen) and budget management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down market share pricing assortment and competitor positioning by channel.
Hands-on experience in developing and executing communication plans and activation strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage brand budgets end-to-end including planning reporting and alignment on deviations.
Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with trade marketing sales and supply chain teams.
Execution-driven with a strategic outlook; able to lead key projects while delivering business KPIs.
