Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Business Development Manager to lead sales and client engagement activities for the drilling and industrial solutions across the Gulf region. While Oil & Gas is the priority sector the role will also involve extensive outreach to other industries such as ports cement steel and general manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell drilling and technical solutions to Oil & Gas companies and a broad range of industrial clients.
- Regularly visit prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and challenges.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and the client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in targeted sectors.
- Represent the client in business development activities across the UAE and other Gulf countries including Qatar Kuwait Saudi Arabia Oman Jordan and Iraq.
- Support the clients strategic goal to expand their footprint across both traditional and non-traditional markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment.
Sector Focus:
- Approximately 65 to 70% of the role will focus on industrial manufacturing sectors outside of Oil & Gas.
- Oil & Gas will remain a core strategic priority but the position holder must be comfortable navigating diverse industrial environments.
Qualifications:
- Arabic Speaking is mandate.
- Proven B2B sales experience preferably in drilling or industrial service solutions.
- Strong network within both Oil & Gas and heavy industry sectors.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC and Levant regions.
