Job Description
Were looking for a seasoned Senior UX Researcher to join our growing product organization in Dubai. This is a foundational role youll be the first dedicated UXR in the company and will have a direct impact on how we understand and serve our users across a fastscaling B2B SaaS platform.
As the voice of the customer youll collaborate closely with product managers designers and engineers to shape strategy uncover insights and build delightful datainformed user experiences. Youll not only lead research initiatives but also establish our user research practice from the ground up including systems processes and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Be the customer advocate across the organization bringing clarity and empathy to product decisions.
- Design and lead research studies using the right methodology at the right time from discovery to usability testing.
- Partner with PMs and Designers to frame questions plan research recruit users and synthesize findings into compelling insights.
- Set up and maintain scalable UXR operations: research libraries tooling databases templates and documentation.
- Help teams prioritize learning by coaching them in research practices and helping them get closer to the customer.
- Drive research enablement by training others in lightweight methods helping democratize user insight gathering.
- Conduct competitive and market research to stay ahead of trends and inform product direction.
- Lead broader Voice of the Customer initiatives like surveys NPS followups and customer panels.
Qualifications :
BA/BS or higher in HCI Psychology Cognitive Science Design Anthropology or a related field or equivalent experience
Strong theoretical and handson experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g. interviews ethnography surveys usability testing concept testing) across the product lifecycle
Proficient in remote research tools (e.g. UserTesting Dscout UserZoom Qualtrics); familiarity with R or SPSS is a plus
Experience in B2B complex platforms or EdTech environments is a plus
Skilled in managing and synthesizing large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data (ResearchOps experience)
Experience with competitive and emerging tech research
Comfortable collaborating with crossfunctional teams; excellent communication and storytelling skills
Familiarity with design tools like Figma is a bonus
Portfolio showcasing impactful research that influenced product direction or experience
