Job Description

• Responsible for KPIs info consolidation and Targets of International Sales
• Pilot a Managerial Control Panel, so we can track all business
• Propose and Lead improvements in process concerning Sales and Sales Administration
• Organize Database of Volumes/Prices/Sales/Clients and keep up to date for any required analysis
• Propose and Run Variable Compensation for Sales Team
• Do ad-hoc analysis and cases for International operation as per request in Excel and Power Point • Generate conclusions for analysis
• Project scenarios, options, recommendation for decision
