Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets by leveraging product knowledge brand equity and market awareness.
  • Lead Conversion: Systematically pursue provided leads with strategies tailored to specific customer needs aiming for at least a 50% conversion rate.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longterm client relationships ensuring a Client Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 70% or higher and a product adoption rate of at least 70%.
  • Lead Generation: Generate an additional 30% of leads through personal efforts including networking research telesales emails social media and field visits.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and provide systematic feedback from clients to internal teams aiding in the development of customercentric solutions and enhancing product offerings.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and assist management in developing strategies for market penetration and growth in new regions.
  • Service Delivery Support: Collaborate with service teams to ensure the successful delivery of services guaranteeing highquality customer service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (minimum requirement).
  • 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience preferably in the UAE market.
  • Experience with Bitrix or Salesforce tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical assessment projection presentation and reporting skills.
  • Must possess a valid UAE visa.
