Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longterm client relationships ensuring a Client Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 70% or higher and a product adoption rate of at least 70%.
Lead Generation: Generate an additional 30% of leads through personal efforts including networking research telesales emails social media and field visits.
Feedback Collection: Gather and provide systematic feedback from clients to internal teams aiding in the development of customercentric solutions and enhancing product offerings.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and assist management in developing strategies for market penetration and growth in new regions.
Service Delivery Support: Collaborate with service teams to ensure the successful delivery of services guaranteeing highquality customer service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (minimum requirement).
2 to 4 years of proven sales experience preferably in the UAE market.
Experience with Bitrix or Salesforce tools is preferred.
Strong analytical assessment projection presentation and reporting skills.
