Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. This role is pivotal in providing topnotch support and service excellence to our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently escalating to appropriate teams as necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the customer service database.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service improvements.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to process enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and customer service software.
  • Familiarity with the digital and creative industries is a plus.
