Contribute to improvements to departmental policies and support the implementation of procedures.
Communicate newly established policies to the business and act as an active change agent.
Guide and support area managers on HC related policies.
Assist in preparing the departmental budget for the respective assigned plant/project.
Provide support to the Senior HC Business Partner through sharing information and key communications.
Develop, maintain and communicate appropriate promotion and competency guidelines across all areas.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
Support succession plans and retention strategies for key talent and positions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
5-7 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management including at least some years in positions of progressively increasing supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
