LOGISTIC COORDINATOR DOENT CONTROLLER

* 12 years experience in Oil & Gas industry

* Minimum 5 years experience in Logistic coordination

* Minimum 5 years experience in Document controller

* Reviewing shipment materials before distributions collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pickups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.

* Communicate with MUB marine and arrange the vessel activities daily.

* Filing and archiving relevant documentation Controlling the Documents through the Project.

* Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.

* Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels

* Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
