Key Accountabilities
- To manage daytoday detailed records of all projectrelated documents including contracts design plans permits and invoices.
- Coordinating project timelines ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
- Scheduling meetings with clients contractors suppliers and internal teams.
- Organizing site visits and inspections ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared.
- Assisting in the procurement process by obtaining quotes placing orders and tracking deliveries of materials and supplies
- Managing contracts with suppliers ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
- Acting as the point of contact for clients providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Preparing and sending out project reports status updates and other communications to clients and stakeholders.
- Preparing reports on project progress issues and resolutions for management and clients.
- Providing administrative support to project managers designers and site supervisors.
-Managing inventory levels to ensure that materials are available when needed, avoiding delays in project timelines. -Liaising with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. -Processing invoices, handling payments to suppliers and contractors, and ensuring all financial transactions are documented.
