We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Executive to join our team and drive our online sales through platforms such as Amazon FBA Noon FBN and vendor portals.

Job Description:

As an Ecommerce Executive you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels. You will work closely with our marketing logistics and product teams to ensure seamless operations and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize listings on Amazon FBA Noon FBN and other vendor portals.

Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer experience.

Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock replenishments.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Monitor competitors and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience in managing ecommerce platforms specifically Amazon FBA and Noon FBN.

Strong understanding of vendor portals and ecommerce operations.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the electronics accessories industry.

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems.
