In this role, you will:
- Lead the End-to-End Transformation of HR processes: Conduct comprehensive reviews of recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and other key touchpoints to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Champion Innovation: Research and implement cutting-edge solutions to streamline processes, elevate the employee experience, and enhance our employer brand.
- Be a Best Practice Advocate: Identify and implement industry-leading practices to ensure our people experience is world-class.
- Embrace Data-Driven Decisions: Gather and analyse employee and candidate feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Empower HR Technology: Champion the adoption of HR technology solutions that automate tasks, improve data management, and enhance the employee experience.
- Ensure Compliance and Governance: In partnership with the governance team, develop KPIs and frameworks to ensure all HR processes adhere to labour laws and regulations.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the below requirements:
- 5+ years’ proven experience in HR process transformation and innovation.
- Bachelors degree in HR or relevant area
- Experience in the design and of strategies relating the people experience.
- Excellent collaboration and networking skills as primary focus is interacting with candidates, employees and business leaders.
- In-depth knowledge of the overall HR structure and practices.
- A passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
