Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities : • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive UAV training programs for internal staff, clients, and partners, covering all aspects of UAV operation, maintenance, and safety. • Conduct training sessions, ensuring participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain UAV systems effectively and safely. • Continuously update and improve training curricula, materials, and resources to reflect the latest industry standards, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements. • Serve as the subject matter expert on UAV technology, providing guidance and support on technical issues, best practices, and troubleshooting during training sessions and in the field. • Conduct practical flight training exercises, demonstrating proper UAV operation techniques, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance, and overseeing participant performance.
