Key Responsibilities:**
- **Greeting Visitors and Patients:** Welcome and assist all visitors and patients as they enter the medical center.
- **Answering and Directing Calls:** Handle incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department. Take and relay messages as needed.
- **Scheduling Appointments:** Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling for patients using the medical center’s scheduling system.
- **Patient Check-In and Check-Out:** Assist patients with the check-in and check-out process, including verifying and updating personal and insurance information.
