Head of Strategy crypto industry experience required

Hiring for a large cryptocurrency company in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for a Head of Strategy with deep expertise in the cryptocurrency sector to lead our strategic planning and business development efforts. The role requires an individual with exceptional analytical skills a forwardthinking approach and a robust understanding of the blockchain ecosystem. The successful candidate will shape the strategic direction of the company identify growth opportunities and maintain competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the companys strategic plan ensuring alignment with the longterm vision and goals.
  
• Conduct indepth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends threats and opportunities within the cryptocurrency industry.
  
• Partner with senior leadership to develop growth strategies optimize operational efficiency and drive business performance.
  
• Oversee strategic projects and initiatives from conception through execution managing crossfunctional teams to deliver on objectives.
  
• Facilitate strategic decisionmaking processes providing insights and recommendations based on rigorous analysis and financial modeling.
  
• Establish metrics to assess and report on the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and the companys overall strategic performance.
  
• Foster relationships with key industry players including potential partners customers and investors to advance business objectives.
  
• Continuously monitor the regulatory and technological landscape of the cryptocurrency industry to anticipate changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  
• Serve as a champion of innovation within the company encouraging a culture that embraces change and seeks continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
  
• Proven experience in a strategic role within the cryptocurrency blockchain or fintech sectors.
  
• Strong understanding of the global cryptocurrency market ecosystem and regulatory environment.
  
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that have driven growth and profitability.
  
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and project management skills.
  
• Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic and highly competitive environment.
  

Desirable Experience:

• Experience working in a toptier consulting firm with exposure to the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
  
• Established network within the cryptocurrency sector and a track record of successful business development.
  
• Familiarity with emerging trends in digital assets decentralized finance (DeFi) and the broader financial technology landscape.
