✅ Experience working or training at a top-tier regional or international law firm, within the Corporate or Commercial Practice
✅ Candidates with UAE experience and already based in the region will be prioritised, however, strong international candidates are also encouraged to apply
✅ Experience in transactional work, including M&A, JVs, as well as corporate advisory and commercial work is essential
