Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to meet sales goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to close sales.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to effectively position products or services.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and resolve customer issues.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key decision makers.
