Automotive Senior Technician

Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive inspections and diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine the best course of action for repairs. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid flushes, according to manufacturer specifications. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and steering components. Utilize diagnostic equipment, technical manuals, and computerized systems to troubleshoot complex automotive problems effectively. Communicate with customers to explain repair options, provide accurate estimates, and address any concerns or questions they may have. Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to prioritize workload, coordinate repairs, and ensure efficient workflow in the service center.
