Our client a leading firm in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive responsible for driving sales and promoting premium flooring products to prospective clients. Leveraging expertise in Italian wooden flooring they will educate customers on benefits features and design options ultimately closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Position Name: Sales Executive
Location: Dubai UAE
Salary: 5k7k(AED) Commission
Experience: 4 years in sales within construction building materials or interior design industry focusing on flooring products.
Specific Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of Italian wooden flooring products including species grades finishes and installation methods.
- Fluent in Arabic/French.
- Driving license is a must (with car is preferable)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with management to develop effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify target markets and segments for Italian wooden flooring products and develop tailored approaches to penetrate these markets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects interior designers contractors developers and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations demonstrations and consultations to educate clients on the features and benefits of our Italian wooden flooring solutions.
- Understand customers needs and preferences providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
Sales Execution and Closure:
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling networking referrals and industry events.
- Conduct onsite visits and assessments to understand project requirements and provide accurate quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients addressing any objections or concerns to secure orders and contracts.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries providing ongoing support throughout the sales process.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated on industry trends market developments and competitors offerings related to Italian wooden flooring products.
- Provide training and product demonstrations to internal sales teams distributors and partners to enhance their understanding and selling capabilities.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and analysis to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on market trends customer preferences and competitive insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Architecture Interior Design or related field (preferred).
