Job Description-:
- Agent Portfolio Management – Validation of required document and allocation of account to the business units.
- Updating service request on day to day basis.
- To conduct Agent documents collection exercise as and when required by the management.
- To work on Registration requests new agency (Local and International) in Salesforce.
- Identify, Acquire and Nurture of Corporate Real Estate Brokers.
- Maintaining fruitful relationship with the existing BD and RM Team.
- Bi-weekly Broker Portfolio review with manager.
- Conducting internal Investigations on Account Conflicts
- Liaising with all relevant departments by providing necessary input, for activation of accounts and necessary growth.
- Additional/ ADHOC tasks assigned by management
Candidate Profile:-
- Must be aware of sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
- Should have good Analytical skills. Good in Ms office.
