Roles & Responsibilities
Position: End User Support
Work Location : Abu Dhabi
Contract Duration – 12 Months Renewable
Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS,) with 5-7 Years of experience working as an End-User Support Engineer.
Front end Management of MDM & mobile phone devices (IOS & Android)
Well versed in providing support for M365 apps, Outlook, OS (windows 10/11 & MAC), software (Office & standard 3d party), network, storage, telephony, printer, server, VPN, VDI, Projectors, Smart Boards, Audio / Visual Devices hardware, software and basic ERP issues and requests.
