Job Description

  • Actively engaging in new business development opportunities by cold calling, prospecting and generating new leads.
  • Coordinate with the tariffs and pricing section to request price adjustments based on market price elasticity to ensure continued patronage.
  • Provide performance appraisal for sales staff and recommend the firing or promotions as the case may be.
  • Summarize and present sales performance versus targets to senior management.
  • focus on the effort to sell packaging materials to a customer or to get repeat orders from existing clients.
Responsible for developing sales with new customers and existing clients across a variety of developed market sectors. Identify, build and nurture new customers who have demand for the company s products. Achieving the set sales targets, maximize profitability and maintain strong business relationships with an established customer base by promoting, selling & securing orders through a relationship-based approach.
* Actively and successfully executes the sales process in terms of own lead generation; market intelligence solutions; negotiations and deal closures for both new and existing customers and ensuring achieving set targets.
* Identifies and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the company. Monitor customer accounts within the existing allocated customer base to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited.
* Bring consultative approach to sales by using knowledge of product trends and opportunities to develop manufacturing strategies tailored to client s needs.
* Maintain a solid relationship with key customers, ensure the satisfaction of customers by monitoring service level agreements , customer complaints, inquiries and any other related customer issues, and lead the customer complaints handling process.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer needs and prepare regular forecasts/sales report to enable effective forward planning.
  • * Provide analytical support to evaluate potential price changes. Coordinates and facilitates sales plans services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
