Job Description

Our client is a UAE based bespoke IT services provider with a solid client base in United Arab Emirates. The company is at the forefront of adopting the latest technological platforms to address their customers requirements in cyber security digital transformation enterprise information management enterprisewide intelligent automation cloud management and web development. To support its growth our client is looking to recruit its :



Human Resource Manager Operations

(Based in Abu Dhabi)


ORGANIZATION:

Reporting to the senior management team your key focus will be to be an operational HR expert to the business across the region. This is a key role in the UAE office in charge of proactively leading both strategic and operational HR activities for a growing organization with focus on implementing best HR processes and policies team management and development and stakeholder management.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead initiatives to formulate and drive new HR initiatives and roll out policies and procedures for the organisation.
  • Support senior management in organizational development and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Lead a team of HR professional based in UAE. Work closely with the team to ensure efficient and effective HR management.
  • Lead people development processes and spearhead HR initiatives in areas like talent acquisition talent management and talent retention.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations UAE labour laws and best practices.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to ensure their continued growth and success within the organization.
  • Manage and resolve any HR related issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to other departments on HR related matters.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any relevant field. MBA or Master s degree in HR is preferred.
  • At least 14 years of experience in HR management with exposure to generic HR administration activities talent management payroll management and compensation and benefits.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a team of HR Team.
  • Experience working in the Information Technology or Information Technology Enabled Services is required.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE local regulations HR metrics and best HR practices in the Information Technology Industry.
  • You are driven by processes and are not afraid to present and lead new initiatives for the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
