• Define HRIS landscape and develop HRIS strategy (HRIS, Workforce Management)
• Implement (together with the Tech Team) and maintain systems, track usage and gaps
• Coach and mentor local SMEs (subject matter experts) on systems usage
• Collects feedback for the evaluation of functioning and usage of the HR systems and designs or works with the vendor to design and implement improvements to meet changing demands
• Define (together with CPO and people leads) people KPIs on effectiveness and efficiency and track those
• Consolidate and oversee People budget, identify opportunities for future efficiency gains
