Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Procurement istant to join our dynamic procurement team. The Procurement istant will play a vital role in supporting the procurement process by isting with sourcing suppliers managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience in procurement and contribute to the success of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Suppliers: Research and identify potential suppliers/vendors. Obtain price quotations and negotiate terms and conditions. Maintain a comprehensive supplier database.
• Purchase Order Management: ist in the creation and processing of purchase orders. Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness. Track and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
• Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies or issues. Communicate delivery schedules and expectations to suppliers. Maintain positive relationships with vendors.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and update inventory levels to avoid stockouts. ist in conducting regular stock counts and reconciliation. Coordinate with relevant departments to manage surplus or obsolete inventory.
• Doentation and RecordKeeping: Maintain accurate procurement records including purchase orders and contracts.Organize and file procurement doents for easy retrieval. Prepare reports and summaries as needed.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. ist in the evaluation and qualification of new suppliers. Stay uptodate with procurement regulations and industry best practices.
• Cost Control: ist in cost ysis and costsaving initiatives. Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the procurement team as required. Schedule meetings maintain calendars and ist with correspondence.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a procurement istant or in a similar role is a plus.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools is an advantage.
• Strong ytical and problemsolving ss.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement ss.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procurement processes.
• Integrity and ethical behavior in handling sensitive procurement information.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: AED4000.00 AED4500.00 per month
