• Prepare and maintain financial reports such as ledgers journals and trial balances.
• Process accounts payable/receivable ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
• ists in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials equipment and services in accordance with company needs.
• Prepare purchase orders track deliveries and ensure timely and costeffective procurement.
• Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with company policies and procurement standards.
