Nationality: Philippines Lady
Detailoriented and efficient professional with dual expertise in accounting and procurement processes. Responsible for supporting financial operations while managing the procurement of goods and services. Adept at handling daily financial transactions managing supplier relationships and ensuring costeffective procurement solutions. Strong organizational ss and attention to detail ensure the smooth operation of both the accounting and procurement functions.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports such as ledgers journals and trial balances.
- Process accounts payable/receivable ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
- ists in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials equipment and services in accordance with company needs.
- Prepare purchase orders track deliveries and ensure timely and costeffective procurement.
- Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with company policies and procurement standards.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: AED2500.00 AED4000.00 per month
