As aSales Leader, you will workto build a solidpipelineby converting cold leads & actively drive growth of newusers, clients& revenuesthroughdeal closures for Middle East.

Job overview:

Can you say “Yes, Iwill!” to the following?

  • Actively drive growth of users, new clients, ARR/TCV and revenues through deal closures forMiddle East.

  • Rapidly build a solid pipeline by converting cold leads & MQLs into SQLs. Working through the funnel to closures.

  • Handle both direct deals, including originating leads, as well as partner-generated deals.

  • Able to handle ambiguity, adapt sales plans/strategies to evolving product & company needs

  • In addition, you’re also expected to:

  1. Work with Customer Success to drive renewal and expansion revenues

  1. Work with Marketing to use inbound, events, digital and other channels to drive brand presence

Experience:

7+ years ofrelevantexperienceinEnterprise Sales,having sold to clientsin financial services, airlines and travel.

Characteristics:

  • Adapt to dynamic market forces and environmental developments

  • Able to thrive in ambiguity

Can you say “Yes, Ihave!” to the following?

  • Strong track record of enterprise sales in cloud based solutions / SaaS space, ideally with a deep knowledge of AI / Big Data / Analytics enabled solutions

  • Experience of meeting / exceeding sales quotas consistently

  • Exposure to subscription & solution-selling models.

  • Experience in selling to CMOs and CDOs, not just CIOs and CTOs.

  • Experience in using standard sales methodology (We use MEDDIC)

Brownie points for:

  • Have existing client network and connections in banking, travel and retail/e-commerce verticals

  • Expertise in selling high end full stack solutions, with exposure to: AI / big data / analytics / Customer engagement / Digital marketing / Loyalty

  • Have ties to partners and tech ecosystem
