Greets showroom walk in clients with courtesy, pleasant and friendly manner and provide them with maximum hospitality.
Understands walk in client’s needs, gives a demonstration on all vehicles, provides details of specifications, prices and explains warranty terms as per company policy.
Follows complete sales procedures laid down by the company regarding invoicing, LPO’s, documentation and discount policy.
Assures prompt delivery of vehicles to customers by following up with the warehouse, inspecting the vehicles before registration and delivery, and obtaining delivery order signed from the customer.
Checks the vehicle before its registration, to ensure that warranty cards are in order and both invoice and delivery order is duly signed.
Submits daily sales report for previous day’s sales activities.
Provides assistance to customers for after sales service and spare parts and coordinates with service and spare parts centre ensuring complete satisfaction of customers.
Maintains high product knowledge including technical specifications, prices and warranty terms as per the Principals policy.
